As others have said this is not a reputable company. Its the first time I have ever had to dispute a credit card charge. After realizing I had made the wrong order I tried to cancel 10 minutes later and they would not allow it. Any company that operates like this is a scam. I called to cancel and they said they would "try" but I keep receiving emails about my order in the process of being sent to me with no tracking number and despite my reminders to them that I canceled.
If you order from them you probably won't get a rug. Won't get your money back either. What you WILL get is lies. Every single person I communicated with lied... "Your order is ready to ship." "We have escalated the follow up to our warehouse." "It's just waiting to be picked up." Allow 24-48 hrs for the tracking number." "Only my supervisor can issue a refund." "My supervisor is in a meeting." "My supervisor will call you back in two hours." ALL LIES! They took my money, didn't ever ship the order, and wouldn't give my money back. Bunch of thieves. This place is a scam. Don't buy from them!

Good website Waited for sale on the rug we were wanting but never occured
Not sure what happened, but my order did not go through. Rugsusa contacted me quickly and offered an additional discount for my trouble of having to re-order.
Waited almost 2 months for my rug, only for it to to be lost in shipping. Was told I'd receive a refund for it. Ordered a replacement rug. Original rug was suddenly found in shipping, but I was told it was too late to cancel the second. They said they would reroute the second back to their warehouse and only refund me when it was back there. It shipped to me instead. Would not cover shipping cost back to them as I'm in Canada. Would have cost me at least $100 to return a $200 rug. Never received any refund or help from customer service. Most frustrating experience of my life.
Easy to navigate and see rugs from all views. I especially liked being able to see the pile and the bottom.
I think this is my 7th or 8th rug purchase and I keep coming back. The website is great and the colors are very accurately shown. Great customer service and quick shipping. I'll be back.
Poor quality. Pulls extremely easy and sheds. Stopped up my vacuum cleaner hose. Very heavy and hard to handle. Wish I had looked at these reviews before I ordered.
So far so good with my purchases from Rugs USA this is my third I purchased some beautiful lamps previously at an awesome price

Scam. They scammed me for $207 in August and I have yet to get a refund.

Scam. Do not order from them they use unethical business practices and fake customer service.

You really don't want a bigger rug from these people. Read my review. It will arrive folded and ruined. Shop locally.
